1. Scope of Application
The following GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally capable partnership that acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
2. Contractual Partners, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Scentuelle.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by accepting the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The available languages for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. We save the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login area.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of delivery and the order value:
- Germany:
- Standard Shipping: €3.90
- Free Shipping: For orders above €90
- Other Countries:
- Shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for detailed rates.
- European Countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Belgium: €6.70
- Free Shipping: For orders above €120
4.2 Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process. Alternatively, we also offer delivery to a pack station or branch. Our shipping partners are DHL and UPS, each offering different delivery options:
DHL:
- Delivery to the address specified in the order process.
- Delivery to a pack station.
- Delivery to a DHL branch.
UPS:
- Delivery to the address specified in the order process.
- Delivery to a UPS Access Point.
The selection of the preferred delivery option is made during the order process. It is important to provide correct and complete address data to ensure smooth delivery. Unfortunately, self-pickup of the goods is not possible.
Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.
5. Payment / Default
- The prices listed on the seller’s website at the time of the order apply. These prices apply exclusively to orders placed via the website and not to offers in the seller’s local business premises.
- The purchase price plus shipping costs is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract without deduction. Payment is made at the buyer’s choice using one of the payment methods displayed during the order process. For credit card payments, the buyer’s credit card institution is instructed to collect the invoice amount as soon as the buyer has completed the order.
- All prices are understood to be end customer prices including the statutory VAT.
- In the event of the buyer’s default, they are obliged to pay default interest of 5 percentage points above the respective base rate to the seller if they are a consumer (§ 13 BGB). If the buyer is an entrepreneur (§ 14 BGB), the default interest rate is 9 percentage points above the base rate.
- Regardless of the default interest, the seller remains entitled to prove and claim higher default damage and other damages.
- In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:
- Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The invoice conditions can be found here.
- Immediate transfer: Your account is debited immediately after placing the order.
The use of the payment method invoice requires a positive credit check. Further information and Klarna’s user conditions can be found here. General information about Klarna can be found here. Your personal data will be processed by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna’s privacy policy.
- Payment options: Currently, you can choose to pay by prepayment, immediate transfer, invoice (after checking by Klarna), credit card, direct debit (after checking, earliest from the second purchase), or PayPal.
6. Retention of Title
The seller retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price.
7. Redeeming Promotional Vouchers
- Promotional vouchers (vouchers that you cannot purchase but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns with a certain validity period) are only valid during the specified period and can only be redeemed once during the order process. Individual brands may be excluded from the voucher promotion.
- The value of the goods must at least correspond to the amount of the promotional voucher. For administrative reasons, it is not possible to refund any remaining balance.
- Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order process is completed. Subsequent offsetting is not possible. The credit of a promotional voucher is neither paid out in cash nor bears interest.
- The promotional voucher cannot be transferred to third parties. Multiple promotional vouchers cannot be combined.
- If the credit of a promotional voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be settled with the offered payment options.
- The promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part, provided the promotional voucher was issued as part of a promotional campaign and no consideration was provided for it.
8. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
